Mike Nolan retired last year but Cheryl and Jay have been joined by Matthew Pateman and Nikk Mager. Matthew rose to fame as the lead singer of the 1990’s boy band, Bad Boys Inc, and Nikk was a member of the boy band, Phixx, after appearing on Popsars: The Rivals, in 2002. Both bands had great chart success.With a string of over 20 hits under their belts, including their No. 1 Hits, “Land of Make Believe”, “My Camera Never Lies” and, of course, “Making Your Mind Up”, The Fizz continue to astound their audiences with their vocal prowess and superb entertainment value.
The past few years have been incredibly busy, both on stage and in the studio. This year they have performed at festivals and 80s weekends all over the country. Cheryl, Jay, Matthew and Nikk are fizzing more than ever and 2026 looks as though it will be busiest yet for THE FIZZ.
