Simon re-joined his former Blue band-mates in 2011, to represent the United Kingdom in the ‘Eurovision Song Contest’ in Germany. The band then went on to take part in ITV’s ‘The Big Reunion’ followed by a sell-out arena tour and releasing a fourth studio album; ‘Roulette’.
Not stopping at music, Simon has some serious acting credentials, playing roles including, Curtis Shank in ‘Sister Act the Musical’ at the London Palladium in the West End in 2010. During this run Simon starred alongside Sheila Hancock and the legendary Whoopi Goldberg.
In 2015, he took the lead of the Big Bad Wolf in Stile & Drewe’s adaptation of ‘Three Little Pigs’, performing at London’s Palace Theatre.
His TV credits include: coming fifth in ITV’s ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ in 2011, and reaching the final of the BBC’s ever-popular ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ in 2014.
After his success on BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ 2014, he took part in the national Strictly Come Dancing Tour 2015, winning the overall trophy at the end of the tour. He continued 2015 by releasing Blue’s fifth studio album ‘Colours’ with a successful European tour.
2016 Simon is currently working on TV and his solo career.
