Biography

He has graced the stages of Festivals, clubs and events across the UK and Europe and adding VJ visuals where possible. Brought up on a staple diet of Soul, Funk, R&B, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Dance and all round good music, he transfers those influences into his sets and brings it up to date wherever he plays and has been doing so for more than two decades.

Mike Panteli has been a regular voice across the UK since 2015 on Capital Xtra with hugely successful drivetime show and his mid-afternoon show on sister station Capital Xtra Reloaded. Here is where he also provided his legendary 5 hour mix sessions every Friday and Saturday night from 7pm.

In 2022 the UK’s biggest Radio brand Heart persuaded Mike to join them to spearhead their brand new national station, Heart 00s as it’s breakfast show presenter. It’s already gaining huge popularity in such a short space of time and now brings in an incredible 825 thousand weekly listeners as is only getting bigger day by day.

Mike has interviewed some of the world’s biggest artists. Usher, Justin Timberlake, 50 Cent, Alicia Keys and Beyonce are just some of the names to drop in on Mike’s shows, whilst live he has supported the likes of Chic & Nile Rodgers, Jess Glynne, Jason Derulo, J Hus, Stefflon Don, Shalamar, Candi Staton, Snoop Dogg, Sean Paul, Fat Joe, Blackstreet and many more.
