Biography

Most of you reading this will have encountered Whizzkid somewhere on your journey through Rave, Dance and Underground music. Starting his Main Stage career in the 90's at legendary events like Helter Skelter & Dreamscape, Whizzkid has headlined flyers around the world, to this day remaining at the very top of his game.

Considered a pioneer, it's no secret that Whizzkid performs and creates to many styles of music, writing and releasing songs to both underground and commercial success from Pop, House and Hardcore round to Hip Hop, UKG and D&B picking up multiple Awards, Gold Discs, and Top Ranking Podcasts ( The Pod Noodle ) along the way. Since his first in 2008, Whizzkid has gathered several 'Best MC' Awards for his work as voted by the public from multiple Rave organisations, along with the coveted Hardcore Heaven Award for 'Best Hardcore Track' with DJ/Producer - Gammer for their innovative song "Killed The Rave" which went on to become an underground global hit. Whizzkid has also co-wrote songs with many artists including the likes of Ultrabeat, Darren Styles and Liquid to name a few.

After the huge success of his then subsequently called solo album "Killed The Rave" being stocked by HMV in 2012, and later his genre bending independent digital album “ Streetlights” in 2021 going iTunes Top Ten, featuring artists like MC Spyda, Hixxy and Dynamite, Whizzkid followed it up by topping the Hip Hop Charts for two consecutive months with his laid back summer jam, ‘Flamingo’

Away from the Whizzkid artist branding, as a teen he appeared in various TV productions including soaps ‘Eastenders’ and ‘The Bill’, and various mainstream TV commercials. Growing up and following his love for music, as a song writer he has co-written music for TV and Film, including Nescafe/Nespresso, EA Sports, and this year ( 2024 ) has seen him write and vocal for a Universal Records signed TV Advertising Campaign. He also is a very active Voice Artist, supplying narration/voice overs for many brands including the BBC, Greencore, Boost and even The UK Government.

Aside from his hectic Hardcore, Festival and Live Show diary as Whizzkid, and hosting stages at V Festival, Ministry Of Sound’s Classical at the O2 Arena, London, Creamfields, Clubland and many more, Whizzkid has joined forces with the Legendary Dance Act – N-Trance. Together, they have been touring the UK and unsurprisingly gathered huge public demand.
