Biography

Francesca is one of the leading female dance music vocalists who has appeared on multiple best-selling albums. An experienced singer, dancer and DJ, Francesca has provided powerful live performances at many of the UK’s hottest venues including the O2 Academy Newcastle, 051 Liverpool, Aquarium Liverpool, Wigan Pier, Archaos Glasgow, and at countless venues as a featured artist on the Clubland Tour, working alongside many of the biggest names in dance music such as Ultrabeat, Flip & Fill, N-Trance, Dee Dee, Styles & Breeze, Kelly Llorenna, Jessy, Lisa Abbott and Karen Parry.

As well as her countless musical accolades, Francesca has also had a successful acting career, appearing on the world famous Coronation Street (Granada Television), popular UK soap opera Hollyoaks (Channel 4), and the cult comedy Shameless (Channel 4).

You Make Me Feel Good – Man Mad Records (2003)

The first release on her own label – Man Mad Records, Francesca worked alongside DJ Rossa to create this upbeat old-skool cover paying homage to the classic J.K. track, which received great reviews from the biggest DJ’s on the UK club scenes.

You Are The One – Man Mad Records / All Around The World (2004)

This original club anthem was both written and co-produced by Francesca, and is arguably her biggest track to-date. The second release on her Man Mad label, the track was given plenty of radio airplay by the popular Flip & Fill Dance Show on Manchester’s Key 103, Pez Tellett on Liverpool’s Radio City, and supported by many nightclub DJ’s across the country.

With its powerful lyrics and upbeat sound, the track rapidly became hugely popular on the UK club scene and was signed by leading dance music label All Around The World. First released as a vinyl double pack featuring remixes from Flip & Fill, Friday Night Posse, Quadrasonic & Audiosonic, the also went to feature on the best-selling dance music compilations Clubland 7 and Floorfillers 3.

Naked In The Rain – Man Mad Records / 3 Beat / Ministry of Sound (2007)

This pumping cover of the timeless Blue Pearl track featured remixes by Maximum Project (legendary Bowler’s DJ, and Key 103 radio presenter Rick Jones) and Stomping System (Liverpool’s super producer Paul Roberts a.k.a. Quadrasonic / Hit House). Released on Man Mad, the track was first picked up by Liverpool’s 3 Beat Records, and then signed to legendary dance music label Ministry Of Sound. The track featured on the popular Ministry of Sound compilations Hard Energy and Put Your Hands Up 3.

Still Believe – All Around The World (2009)

Francesca wrote and co-produced ‘Still Believe’, and after hearing the track for the first time All Around The World signed it on the spot. The record company commissioned remixes from leading producers Flip & Fill and Karlston Khaos. The track was featured on two chart-topping compilations Clubland 16 and Ultimate NRG Megamix (mixed by Australian hard dance legend DJ Alex K)

Ego Trip / The Angel – Kult Records / Ego Music (2010 – 2013)

A collaboration project with Italian chart-topping producer Giangi Cappai (Alma Matris – Musica Electrica / Rumore Chimico / Rapido) gave rise to four massive house tracks. ‘Ego Trip (Release Yourself)’ – signed by New York City label Kult Records – was the soundtrack to the 2010 edition of Italian gay festival Ego Trip, and performed live by Francesca in front of a capacity crowd at the Salone delle Fontane in Rome. Furthermore, ‘The Angel’ was signed by Ego Music Italy and given a full single release.
